Energy Centre members: Registration for fitness class drop-ins opens Sunday each week. Please call the Energy Centre at 780-639-6400 to register for the upcoming week. Non-members: Please register online HERE or in person at the Energy Centre for the full class course, or call an hour before the class for availability for drop-ins.
Instructor-led fitness classes are free for Energy Centre membership holders, but a membership is not required to attend. Classes typically for eight weeks and can purchased by the full session or by paying individual class drop-in fees. Drop-in spots are limited and based on class capacity. Drop-in participants must pay their drop-in fee at the Energy Centre front desk no more than 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
