The Citizen Self Service tools allow residents and business owners to view information about their tax and utility accounts, business licences, tax certificates, and public tax roll information online. Citizen Self Service is for viewing documents and accounts only. Payments cannot be made using this platform. See payment options under I Want To > Pay. 

Utilities and property tax accounts, accounts receivable, and business licences:

• Your user ID will be your customer number. It's located in the top right-hand corner of your utility or tax bill. To register, you will also need to enter an account number from your utility bill, property tax, accounts receivable, or business licence account.
• If you do not have a utility bill and require a User ID, email finance@coldlake.com. Include your address and the amount of your last bill for verification.

Tax certificates and searches:

• You will need to register for an account before accessing the service. Email finance@coldlake.com and provide your contact information. We will email you a User ID and account number.
• There is a fee for this service and the City must have payment on account before items can be ordered.

• Property information including legal land descriptions, assessed value, property tax levy and zoning is available.
• This service is free of charge and registration is not required.
