How will I know if I’m selected for an interview?

If you are selected for an interview, a representative from the Human Resources department will contact you by phone. Please make sure the phone number on your resume is correct.

Will I be called even if I don’t get an interview?

No, due to the high volume of applications received, the City of Cold Lake cannot contact all applicants. We are only able to contact those who are selected for an interview.

May I apply for more than one position at the same time?

Yes, you may apply for multiple jobs at the same time.

If a posting that I’m interested in is closed, may I still apply?

Only applications that are received during the open posting period will be considered.

What happens after I submit my resume?

Applications will be reviewed only after a job posting closes. Candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted.

What if I’m interested in a job, but it’s not posted on the website?
