Cold Lake is a proud military community, a partner with our First Nations neighbours and a four-seasons tourist destination... so when it comes to celebrating Canada's birthday, we go big! We kick the day off with a community pancake breakfast, followed by a parade. The day continues with activities for all ages, Vendors' Alley, beer gardens, plenty of entertainment and a fireworks display over the lake.

Parade starts at the north fire hall and continues along Lakeshore Drive to 2 Ave.
11am - Opening Ceremonies
with CF-18 Fly-by
11am to 4pm - Vendor Alley opens

11:30am to 4pm - Canada Day Festivities

To help residents get to and from to the Canada Day celebrations, Cold Lake Transit will be running extended hours and a modified route around Kinosoo Beach. Please see the special Canada Day schedule below to help plan you holiday commute!
