Report a Problem
The City of Cold Lake offers an easy-to-use reporting system that allows residents to report problems found throughout the community. Issues that can be reported here include:
- Leaking fire hydrants
- Potholes
- Graffitti
- Issues with road signs
- Missed Garbage/Organics bin pickup
When a problem is reported, it will automatically be assigned to the appropriate department to ensure a timely and appropriate response.

Bylaw Violations
Concerns regarding bylaw infractions should be directed to The City of Cold Lake's Municipal Enforcement dispatch line at 780-594-1345. Issues that can be direct to Municipal Enforcement include:
- Snow covered sidewalks
- Traffic Issues (non-emergent)
- Derelict properties
- Improperly parked vehicles or RVs
- Noise complaints
