Temporary Road Closures

Temporary road closures are approved on a case-by-case basis to accommodate construction activity, utility work, and special events such as neighbourhood block parties. All current and upcoming temporary road closures are listed on this page. Applying for a temporary road closure

Applications must be received at least two weeks prior to the proposed date of the closure (two months notice is required in the case of a special event). Depending on the scope of the closure, a development permit, damage deposit or proof of insurance may be required.
