Cold Lake Fishing Derby
With a solid reputation for big lake trout, anglers from across the prairies, BC and even the northern U.S. flock to Cold Lake every June for the annual Cold Lake Fishing Derby. Not only does Cold Lake offer some of the best freshwater fishing in western Canada, but its picturesque scenery and unique landscape make Cold Lake one of Canada's most sought after destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
Registration is now open for the 2025 Cold Lake Fishing Derby June 14-15. Please note the registration link will take you to Angler's Atlas to register.
