The Federal Court of Appeal has ruled that the way the former Minister of Public Services and Procurement Canada valued 4 Wing Cold Lake was unreasonable.
Cold Lake Fire-Rescue will be seeing a new truck in their future. Located at the Downtown District Fire Station, the Rescue Truck was identified for replacement in 2019 during the Behr Feasibility Study. A 1998 CMS C-Series Top Kick Diesel, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain due to a lack of available replacement parts, despite its fairly low kilometres.
