Cold Lake, AB – Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPPS) payments and the Utility Pre-Authorized payments were delayed for the month of September due to an internal error and will be withdrawn today, on September 18.

The Utility Pre-Authorized payments were originally scheduled for withdrawal on September 5^th but have been delayed for two weeks. The TIPPS payments were originally scheduled September 16^th but have been delayed two days.

The City of Cold Lake regrets any confusion that this error may have caused and is working to ensure that the program continues to function within its intended timelines moving forward.

Any penalties due to late payment related to these errors will be waived.
