Cold Lake, AB – Cold Lake City Council approved three grants recommended by the Community Grant Advisory Committee during its 2023 fall intake.
The committee reviewed five applications made under the City of Cold Lake’s Community Recreation, Arts, Culture and Heritage Investment Grant Policy. In reviewing the grant criteria, the committee recommended that three of the grants had met the established criteria, and should be forwarded to council for approval. The grants totaled $23,000. Of the two that were not recommended, the committee decided that one application provided insufficient information and another was ineligible for the program.
