The mill rates charged against the value of property in Cold Lake are passed by City Council each year in the Tax Rate Bylaw. The tax rates for the current year are determined each spring and are posted below.

Property assessments have been mailed out as of March 1, 2023. All owners currently registered according to Alberta Land Titles have been mailed their 2023 property assessment. If you are a new property owner or have not received your property assessment and would like to review the assessed value of your property please use our Citizen Self Service to view your assessment. If there are any questions regarding your tax assessments please reach out the City of Cold Lake Tax department.
