Cold Lake homeowners who are eligible for the Alberta Seniors Benefit may also be eligible to receive a $100 rebate on their principal residence. To qualify, the homeowner must provide proof that they are a resident of Cold Lake and the property for which they are applying is their primary residence. Applications are due by September 1 each year. Download the application form or pick up a copy at City Hall.
