Utility accounts are unique to the property; if you have moved within the city, you must update your payee account number to the utility account number for your new property.
Residential and businesses customers can pay their utility bills through monthly preauthorized debits to a bank account. Download the Application Form, complete the Online Application Form, or pick up a paper copy at City Hall.
Utility bills can be paid by credit card using OptionPay, a third-party service which collects the funds on behalf of the City of Cold Lake.
There is a processing fee to pay using this option, which is calculated at the time of payment. The City does not receive any of the administration fee when this payment method is used.
