Guided Meditation

The benefits of guided meditation start with relieving stress but do not end there.  Meditation has been known to lower the risk for depression, reduce chronic pain, lower the risk of obesity, binge eating and emotional eating, and improve sleep quality.  You do not need to know how to meditate to reap the benefits of a guided meditation.  All that is requires is for you to listen, and you'll move effortlessly into renewing your subconscious mind.
