Body Sculpt: Body Sculpt works to tone all major muscle groups with 60 minutes of low impact muscular strength and endurance conditioning. Equipment includes free weights, Bosu's, steps, and mats. We start at the beginning and progressively increase the workload as we adapt. *Bring a towel.

Bootcamp: Combine functional resistance training with cardio intervals to torch calories while improving cardio and muscular endurance.  Participant controlled intensity allows you to push your body to the limit and achieve the results you're looking for.

Burn It & Build It: Blast all your muscle groups, burn calories & build your muscular strength.  Using a variety of equipment and training methods, this class offers the full body workout you’re looking for! Plus, you get your strength & cardio workout in one! Be ready to have fun, work hard, and get results.

Cardio & Core Rip It Up: Use this class to take your workout to the max! This class is a total body workout that combines high intensity core, upper and lower body exercises using all kinds of equipment to achieve maximum results. Watch the fat melt away!

Easy line (free with membership):  The Easy Line collection is designed for the millions of people who want to lose weight and improve their health and physical condition, but who are intimidated or dissatisfied by traditional gyms.  Burn lots of calories while using nine different machines to take part in a unique 30 minute circuit that offers a charismatic instructor, cardio and strength training. After, take a moment to indulge in tea, fun, friends, and good times. This program will focus on mind and body wellness as a whole!

HIIT it Up (Bring the Babies!): This class builds strength and tones up the body, offering cardio and strength workouts in 45 or 60 minute classes.  Target all your major muscle groups and torch fat with the little ones in tow!

Meditation (Beginners): Have you always wanted to try meditation but aren't sure how?  Do you have trouble turning your head off?  Then this class is for you.  Each week, we start with meditation basics and then move into a guided meditation.  This program is designed to get you started and comfortable enough to meditate when and where you want.

MMA - Youth Boys program: This program is for boys aged 10 to 17. Traditional Martial Arts values are taught through various Martial Arts forms including Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Muay Tai kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, grappling, wrestling, boxing, and Judo.

META - Camp: Don't like to run? This class is for you! This Low impact Boot Camp style class features Metabolic Circuits with heavy weights and full body functional movements for maximal caloric burn.

Rock Bottom: This class is a TOTAL lower-body workout! We will be focusing on those hard to sculpt areas. Get a lower body you've always dreamed of! You'll definitely leave feeling the 'burn' - and get the legs and abs you've always wanted!

Rock Your Body: This class will challenge you to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength & endurance. Get into shape using a variety of fitness tools and training protocols like: H.I.I.I.T., Tabata, Circuits, and Pyramids, just to name a few.  Come prepared to sweat, get fit and have fun.

RPM: RPM is a heart racing, blood pumping cardiovascular thrill ride. We climb, sprint, and trudge through fast paced cycling intervals. Breaking away from the cycling component for 5 minutes we blast our upper body with light weight training, testing our lactic threshold with simple yet exhausting shoulder, biceps and triceps exercises. Then focusing back on our legs, we finish the class off with motivational music to enjoy torching those calories to. We provide the towels but make sure you bring water, and lots of it!

Seniors Stretching (Free with Membership): This class focuses on simple stretching movements, breathing techniques, relaxation, and yoga inspired exercises. This class is focused on the senior population but anyone is welcome to join us.   

Spin/Cycling: This invigorating class will pump you up with upbeat music and motivational drills. Spinning is an aerobic group fitness class that takes place on stationary bikes. Instructors simulate cycling outdoors by guiding participants through different drills, varying the tension and pace. This serious calorie burning workout will help tone your legs and glute muscles, and increase your anaerobic threshold. During this class the participants are in full control of their workout making it great for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. Anyone can take this class. *It is very important to bring a small towel and a water bottle.

Spin n’ Sculpt: This class will pump, sculpt and spin you up with motivating drills. For 30 minutes we simulate outdoor cycling by guiding you through different drills, varying the tension and pace. This serious calorie burning workout will help tone your leg and glute muscles and increase your anaerobic threshold. Afterwards, there will be 30 minutes of sculpting and toning all major muscle groups with muscular strength and endurance conditioning. Equipment includes Spin Bikes, Free weights, Bosu Balls, Steps, Body Bars and Mats.  *It is very important to bring a small towel and a water bottle.  Please arrive 10 minutes early to set-up your stations.

Spin & Yin: This class starts off with 30 min of spinning, getting your heart pumping and your muscles moving! We will do a variety of drills on the indoor bikes getting a great cardio workout. Next will be 30 minutes of yoga, with warm muscles from all of the cycling allowing us to deepen our poses. All levels welcome!

Sculpting with Weights: Weight training helps to strengthen, shape and define muscles. Barbells (with 2.5,5,10 lb removable plates), Hand weights (3-15 lb) along with a Bosu/Step are used to create a progressive Total Body muscle conditioning class.  Be prepared to work all your muscles!!! Please come 10 min. early to set up.

TRX Bootcamp: Get lean and fit with this intense 45 min TRX fusion workout.  This camp will help you tone up, lose weight, and define your whole body from head to toe, with particular focus on core strength. Please note, spacing is limited. Level one for beginners.

TRX Core Concepts: This 45 Min core conditioning class uses the basic fundamentals of TRX suspension training paired with other equipment to strengthen your core and pop out those abs. All levels of fitness welcome.​

TRX RIP Bootcamp: Burn fat, build core strength and improve cardiovascular conditioning with this Circuit style class featuring the TRX RIP Trainer.  Experience using the TRX Suspension trainer is an asset.  Class size limited to 4 participants. 

Zumba®: Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness-party. This one hour fitness class features a variety of international music and Latin dance steps. No previous dance experience is needed. Join the party that is moving millions toward joy and health today.

Pound: Pound is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
