Yin Yoga - Postures are explored for 3-5 minutes allowing the body to slowly open and the mind to calm. This way of practicing puts gentle pressure on the connective tissue and the more subtle energetic system allowing for greater flexibility and energy flow. The relaxed pace and long holds also invite observation of the mental emotional body.

Easy Line: The Easy Line collection is designed for the millions of people who want to lose weight and improve their health and physical condition, but who are intimidated or dissatisfied by traditional gyms. Burn lots of calories while using nine different machines to take part in a unique 30 minute circuit that offers a charismatic instructor, cardio and strength training. After, take a moment to indulge in tea, fun, friends, and good times. This program will focus on mind and body wellness as a whole!

Rock Bottom: This class is a TOTAL lower-body workout! We will be focusing on those hard to sculpt areas. Get a lower body you’ve always dreamed of! You’ll definitely leave feeling the ‘burn’ - and get the legs and abs you’ve always wanted!

Body Sculpt: A fantastic Full Body Workout that will challenge all the major muscle groups with low impact exercises. Strengthen your whole body using Barbells, Dumbbells, Steps/Bosu Ball, and many more. Body Sculpt aims to keep you long & lean, toning your abs, legs arms and everything in between!

HIIT it Up: This class builds strength and tones up the body, offering cardio and strength workouts in 45 or 60 minute classes. Target all your major muscle groups and torch fat with the little ones in tow!

Seniors Stretching: This class focuses on simple stretching movements, breathing techniques, relaxation, and yoga inspired exercises. This class is focused on the senior population but anyone is welcome to join us.

Total Body Fire: Starting with a Tabata warm up we get your muscles warm and ready for action. We utilize portable pieces of equipment as well as body weight exercises to feel the burn. Paired with great music, and killer exercises you won’t regret this one hour bootcamp style class.

Indoor Cycling: This invigorating class will pump you up with upbeat music and motivational drills. Spinning is an aerobic group fitness class that takes place on stationary bikes. Instructors simulate cycling outdoors by guiding participants through different drills, varying the tension and pace. This serious calorie burning workout will help tone your legs and glute muscles, and increase your anaerobic threshold. During this class the participants are in full control of their workout making it great for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants. Anyone can take this class.

Seniors Circuit: Using the Easy line equipment along with the weight machines, we get you familiarized and comfortable with whatever piece of equipment you have questions about. We then show you how to use them properly and what muscle groups you are targeting.

Cardio Sculpt: This class incorporates the strength training of a Body Sculpt class with the added benefit of CARDIO INTERVALS, to give you the full body workout you’re looking for! We will work through all the muscle groups, burn calories and increase both your cardio and muscular endurance. Prepare to sweat, get fit and have fun.

Zumba: Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance fitness-party. This one hour fitness class features a variety of international music and Latin dance steps. No previous dance experience is needed. Join the party that is moving millions toward joy and health today.

Body Assault: A full hour of boot camp type exercises utilizing our new Assault Bikes. These bikes use both your legs and upper body to deliver a full blown assault to your entire body. Paired with other exercises off the bike this class will get your heart pumping and increase your calorie burn.

TRX Mash Up: This TRX MASH UP will ramp up your fitness with a variety of training tools (tubing, dumbbells, TRX, ROPES, balls and way more).This is a circuit type class that combines strength and cardiovascular conditioning for a metabolic burner. (Designed for all levels of fitness) Be prepared to go FULL OUT in this crazy but fun fitness class!

Spin N Sculpt: This class will pump, sculpt and spin you up with motivating drills. For 30 minutes we simulate outdoor cycling by guiding you through different drills, varying the tension and pace. This serious calorie burning workout will help tone your leg and glute muscles and increase your anaerobic threshold. Afterwards, there will be 30 minutes of sculpting and toning all major muscle groups with muscular strength and endurance conditioning. Equipment includes Spin Bikes, Free weights, Bosu Balls, Steps, Body Bars and Mats. *It is very important to bring a small towel and a water bottle.
