Family Connections, a Healthy Start to Summer (all ages)

Family Connections, a Healthy Start to Summer

Having a strong family unit starts with creating the bond.  Many times families may become disconnected within the family unit, and the bond becomes strained.  Family connections are intended to build strong family relationships, share family traditions, and increase awareness in the community.  These programs are intended to build strong family relationships, share family traditions, and increase awareness in the community.  This program is designed for parents to attend with their children.
When you nurture your body with wholesome and healthy foods, it creates lasting energy to keep your body moving.  Tonight is all about learning activities you can do as a family to keep healthy and active over the summer months.  This evening will start with a quick information session followed by games, a light meal, and a few fun activities.  Please register at Cold Lake and District FCSS or the 4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre Society (MFRCS).
