This presentation focuses on the exploration of how to overcome the hold that depression and loneliness can have in your life. You will gain knowledge on how to take control over how you feel about yourself, how you feel about others, and how you feel about life in general. You will discover how loneliness and depression are often linked to each other, while unlocking key strategies to help you overcome the effects of loneliness and depression. This program is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker, BSW, MSW, RSW.
