Cooking for One

Cooking for one can be a challenge, especially if you want tasty and healthy meals with some variety too. Learn a few new techniques so that you can eat healthier; it will be healthier for your wallet too! Join us for one or both sessions. Gluten-Free options are available. Please let us know if you require a Gluten-Free option upon registration.

Dates: Tuesday, September 7, 2021: vegetable pilaf and glazed salmon; Tuesday, November 2, 2021: penne with spinach, ham and tomato
Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Location: Cold Lake and District FCSS
Cost: $15.00 per session; registration is required
