Maintaining Healthy Relationships
Relating to others can be fraught with conflict and stress.  This workshop is designed to assist individuals to improve their relational effectiveness and conflict management.  Focus will be on effective communication and healthy boundary setting.

Managing Difficult Emotions
Sometimes our own emotional experiencing can be overwhelming and difficult to contain.  This workshop is designed for individuals to learn some basic strategies around emotional awareness and healthy emotional expression in order to be better equipped to self-regulate in a variety of situations.

Depression
Feelings of depression are very common and exist on a wide continuum of impact on daily life and relationships.  This workshop provides education for individuals wanting to know more about how to identify and manage symptoms of depression.  Focus is on the basics of depression and practical use of coping skills.  Depression is generally very treatable, especially when attention is focused on the thoughts, feelings, behaviors and physical aspects that accompany it.

Dealing with symptoms of anxiety can be quite stressful and even debilitating.  This workshop provides education for individuals wanting to know more about how to identify and manage symptoms of anxiety.  Focus is on practical approaches to managing and accepting anxiety. Anxiety can be managed well, especially when attention is focused on the thoughts, feelings, behaviors and physical aspects that accompany it.
