Council approves Restriction Exemption Program at Cenovus Wellness Centre

Cold Lake, AB – At its regular Council meeting held tonight, council voted to implement the Restriction Exemption Program (REP) at the Cenovus Wellness Centre on the Energy Centre’s second floor.
