Cold Lake, AB – The final deadline for Cold Lake Marina users to confirm their berth rentals for the 2019 boating season is fast approaching.
Staff have been contacting marina users but, to date, 48 users have not renewed their slip rental agreement. Last year, a grace period extending from April 1 to 15was implemented to accommodate some users who found the hard April 1 deadline difficult to achieve.

Residents may have noticed sweepers already cleaning up Highway 28, getting an early run in before residential sweeping takes over.
“That first sweep is pretty important, and right now we’re a bit earlier than compared to last year,” said Mayor Craig Copeland. “So long as the weather holds out, crews should be able to get to work on residential sweeping over the next few weeks.”
