Cold Lake, AB – With the 2022 construction season coming to an end, upgrades at the City of Cold Lake’s outdoor rinks are on schedule for completion before the skating season starts.
The old change rooms and warm-up shack at the Nelson Heights outdoor rink were demolished, with a new structure under construction. The new shack will be able to house a Zamboni, as well as provide skaters with a warm place to change. Nelson Heights rink will also see its puck boards replaced and its lighting system...
