Upgrades at outdoor rinks on track for outdoor ice season

Cold Lake, AB – With the 2022 construction season coming to an end, upgrades at the City of Cold Lake’s outdoor rinks are on schedule for completion before the skating season starts.

The old change rooms and warm-up shack at the Nelson Heights outdoor rink were demolished, with a new structure under construction. Cold Lake, AB – Cold Lake Council will consider potential updates to a policy that would govern parades, parade floats and set boundaries on messaging and the content that can be displayed during these public events.
